What is CheeseCream LLC, and what does it have to do with Blake Bachert? 

CheeseCream LLC  is the parent company that Blake Bachert uses to design, manufacture, and ship his products to his fans worldwide. The designs and merchandise strive to be the highest quality, unique, and are intended for the most loyal fans who love Blake Bachert! 

How long does shipping take? 

Orders will ship 3-7 business days after you order. This does not include the time spent in transit. Please be patient, your orders are on the way and will arrive as soon as possible. USA holidays, or large numbers of orders, or factors outside our control (e.g. severe weather, supply chain issues, etc...) may effect your delivery, and wait time. You may also opt for an express shipping option for an extra fee upon check-out.

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made directly to your carrier (DHL, Fedex, UPS, USPS). Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number. 

How much is shipping?
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
  • Domestic vs International shipments
  • Total weight of package
  • Selected shipping method
All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you before payment. You are solely responsible for any additional fees/duties required by customs or border control of your domicile.
 
How do I contact customer support? 
You may contact our support:  support@blakebachert.com during normal business hours. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 3PM PST (excluding weekends and major holidays) with response times usually within 1-2 business days. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days for a response during high volumes times such as holidays, new launches, or new drops. 
 
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not have a return policy. Exchanges may only be made for defective products received. To arrange an exchange for a defective product please reach out to our friendly customer service.  
 
When should I contact customer support?
If your inquiry is regarding your order's arrival, please only reach out to us if your shipment hasn't arrived after 21 business days. Alternatively you can contact the shipping carrier (Fedex, UPS, USPS, DHL) directly to find out why there is a delay in receiving your package. For inquiries not related to shipments, you can reach us at  support@blakebachert.com
