Returns & Refund Policy

This store is operated by Blake Bachert LLC (“Company”) on the Shopify platform.

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.


SECTION 1 : Sales Policy

  • By placing an order on this store, you acknowledge that purchased items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason

  • This policy applies to all products, collections, and merchandise offered by the Company

  • The Company does not guarantee individual satisfaction beyond successful order delivery or access to purchased digital/physical goods


SECTION 2 : Exceptions

Although sales are final, we may assist on a case-by-case basis in situations involving:

  • Incorrect item received, only if verified by order records

  • Non-delivery of a physical order, where tracking confirms failure to reach destination

  • Failure to access a delivered digital product, where purchase is verified but access was not granted

These cases do not guarantee refunds; and may result only in support-based resolution such as re-sending product, updating access, or correcting fulfillment failures.


SECTION 3 : Order Issues & Support

If your order involves any of the issues listed above, you may contact support:

The Company may request proof including order number, email used at checkout, or delivery address to verify any claimed issue.


SECTION 4 : Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Attempting a chargeback or payment dispute on purchases labeled “final sale” may result in the termination of future access to the Company’s services

  • Any payment dispute submitted through Shopify may be reviewed by the platform's dispute system independently


SECTION 5 : Delivery Confirmation

Once an order has been:

  • Delivered

  • Or access has been granted

It is considered completed fulfillment, and remains under the All Sales Final policy.
